Firestone Complete Auto Care

great service. I had my front brake pads changes, differential oil changed, alignment and tire rotation done. I was notified during the day on the progress and I was notified when my car was finished with the invoice so I knew exactly how much it was going to cost. The service done was professional and the price I paid was fair.

Excellent service! Very quick to get the job done, and everything was handled professionally. Andrew was very helpful, definitely the person to go to when you need the job done right! Got some new tires and my car is running amazing. Highly recommend him!

Putting this around a solid 4, I had gone in for a full tire replacement. It took around two hours, this being at a 10 o’clock Saturday appointment. A little longer than I’d expected, but I’d say appropriate. They did accidentally charge me for the road protection (which I’d opted out of when securing my appointment online,) but I was able to get this refunded without issue. I was also able to go back and get a printed receipt when one hadn’t been sent to me. All in all, the guys who helped out (Norman helped me out today with the refund and all) were open to questions I had and got the work done. Just wish the place had better parking, but hey, can’t win ‘em all

This Firestone location got a customer for life. I bought tires and got them installed at this location on a whim. I have always had pretty bad luck with tire installations. Got all my tires installed and everything was fine. Turns out one of my tires was leaking and I took it off to inspect it because I assumed I had a nail in it. I could not find a nail or any evidence of damage so I called Firestone and asked them if I could bring it in for them to look at. Of course they accommodated me and took a look at the tire, turns out the bead of the tire had a defect and some slight damage. Damage. They went out of their way to get the exact tire from one of their sister locations and installed the tire same day. For me. It's very rare to find good service like that, they have earned a customer for life.

Saved my butt! Literally! My strut bolts were loose and I thought it was a tire problem (which that was an issue as well) they’ve also helped me with other cars in the past and they always are fast, great price and kind! They also explain things very well so it’s easy to understand! Thank you so much for your help!!!!
